How do you sign up?
Once you have determined you wish to utilize the services of CPAC, you need to determine which center suits your schedule the best. Consult the "When do we do it" section of the website to choose your date.
CPAC requests that you complete a registration form, link provided below, to start the assessment enrollment process. Once you complete this form, CPAC personnel will contact you to confirm your enrollment, obtain your deposit, and start the paperwork process. We encourage you not to pay any fees until you hear from us, and do not make any travel arrangements until we are less than 30 days from the start of the center.
