CPAC Fee Structure
When an enrollment packet is requested (by filling out the
“Next Step” form), the sponsoring organization (or
self-sponsored candidates) will be sent an invoice from
which payment should be made. An initial non-refundable
deposit of $500 is required to reserve a space. The balance
of fees is due three weeks in advance of the assessment
start date. Fees include food, housing, materials and
other costs associated with your CPAC experience.
Transportation is not included.

Once the deadline has passed, fees are payable in full and
non-refundable regardless of attendance. CPAC plans each
Center specific to confirmed participants and cannot extend
consideration for cancellations beyond the due date listed
above. Late payments are subject to a $150 surcharge as
specified in enrollment correspondence.
Travel
arrangements should not be madee more than 30 days in
advance. CPAC is a fee-based non-profit organization that
must have a minimum number of enrollments to make an
assessment feasible. Any necessary cancellations will be
made no less than 30 days in advance, and deposits will be
fully refunded or transferred to another event. This is the
only exception to the non-refundable deposit policy. CPAC
cannot be responsible for travel costs under any
circumstances.
*In addition, every sponsoring organization is required
to send one observer for every one or two candidates/couples
being assessed. If no one is available to serve in this
capacity, the organization will be charged $200 to cover
additional assessment staff. Self-sponsored
candidates/couples are not subject to this requirement.
